The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia would like to inform all accredited recruitment agencies that the sticker visas for working, visit, and residence visas will be replaced with a printable electronic visa on A4 paper and will take effect on Monday, May 22, 2023.

For reference, enclosed are a sample and specifications of the A4 printable electronic visa. Furthermore, the aforementioned printable electronic visa is scannable by QR code. which displays the status in three different colors: green for valid, orange for expired, and red for cancelled.

Sticker visas issued prior to the A4 printable electronic visa's effective date will remain Valid until their stated expiration date.
